There is nothing better for me than to be able to share peoples stories. To share their experiences. Their emotions. When it comes to adoption there are so many different people involved when families are brought together in this way. My aim is to share as many perspectives as possible.

I love to hear first hand the reality of a situation – the good and the bad. It’s so important to be honest and to show that things aren’t always as rosy in the garden as they may appear on the surface.

In this section, you’ll hear directly from people with different circumstances. Different backgrounds. From different communities. But all share a common goal – their lives have been touched by adoption in some way. And all have a story to tell.

So, get a cuppa, pull up a chair, and learn from those that have trusted in me to share their stories…enjoy.

If you’d like to be featured, whether or not you are an adoptive parent, blended family, adopted yourself, a foster carer, social worker, or maybe a friend or family member of someone that has adopted – I’d love to hear from you.

Features can be anonymous if you’d prefer and need to be a maximum of 800 words. I will work with you to ensure your message is delivered in the the right way, but can’t guarantee they’ll all make the page, especially if there are other similar ones…sorry! I’m very interested in hearing about specific elements of your journey rather than general accounts, however, I’m keen to have a wide a view as possible. If you’d like your voice to be heard, you can email your stories to me via the “Send Me A Message” at the bottom of my Homepage.
